Unveiling The Roasters Village line-up
Meet the twenty confirmed roasters at The Roasters Village for The Amsterdam Coffee Festival 2024.

Get ready to have your taste buds tantalised at The Roasters Village, the ultimate caffeine-fueled heaven at The Amsterdam Coffee Festival 2024. We can reveal the twenty roasters, who will be showcasing their magic at this unmissable event. Whether you're a die-hard coffee connoisseur or just looking to sip on something extraordinary, The Roasters Village is where you need to be.

1. Grounded Craft Coffee

What started as a little sample roaster in someone’s living room, grew into a Rotterdam-based roastery with an eye for the local community. Grounded roasts slow and lighter than average creating fresh, deliciously balanced coffees.

2. Kolibri Coffee Roasters
Stephany en Darius started Kolibri in 2020 from their apartment a year after settling in The Netherlands. They combined their passion for coffee and our careers to bring to life a project that began with a small coffee production grown by Darius’s family in Costa Rica. For their coffee they create a precise balance between aroma and taste for a perfect daily cup.

3. MABÓ Coffee Roasters
For founders Marius Behu and Bogdan Georgescu, the 2019 Romanian National Roasting Champion, quality is everything. Also the branding and coffee packaging of the Bucharest roastery is a sight for sore eyes thanks to illustrations by Andreea Drobotă.

4. Symple Coffee Roasters
A small specialty coffee roastery based in the central neighborhood of Lichtenberg, Berlin. Symple’s area of expertise according to founders Luca and Nico is working with small, but high-quality farms.
 

5. Giraffe Coffee Roasters
Specialty coffee pioneers from the very beginning, that's how you could easily describe Giraffe Coffee Roasters from Rotterdam. In addition to the roastery, they also have their own Giraffe Coffee Bar & Academy since 2021, where you can enjoy the characteristic coffees and boost your own coffee skills.

6. Meron Coffee
For the second year in a row we're welcoming Meron Coffee, a specialty coffee roastery from Romania. Their misson? Promoting the specialty coffee industry by roasting the finest coffee, drinking coffee, learning about coffee and sharing their knowledge about coffee. In doing so they only work with farmers, who share their passion and closely monitor and control the growing, harvesting and processing stages of the coffee beans. 
 

7. Fresh Black Coffee Roasters
They are united by a simple purpose of making exceptional coffee that fascinates you from the first sip and presenting it to as many people as possible. Indeed, everyone deserves a pleasure from a really good cup of coffee. Grown from a small coffee shop to a company that imports green coffee, the Ukrainian Fresh Black has its own cafe, barista school and lab.
 

8. HAYB Coffee
Run by father and son, HAYB Coffee roasts to reveal the character and charm of coffee. With their specialty coffee blends and single origins, the bright Polish roaster is ready for a small revolution.
 

9. Andy coffee roasters
Introducing one of the newest players in the coffee game – Andy Coffee Roasters, straight outta Belgium! Trust us, once you get a whiff of their aromatic roasts, you'll never go back to your regular cup of joe again.

Whether you're a latte lover or an espresso aficionado, Create Coffee Roasters, straight from sun-kissed Greece, has got you covered with their wide range of delicious blends and single-origin gems.

11. The Gentlemen Baristas
Get ready to meet the true gentlemen of the coffee world – The Gentlemen Baristas. Hailing from the bustling city of London, these guys are making waves in the specialty coffee scene with their unparalleled expertise and passion for the perfect cup.

The Gentlemen Baristas have got you covered with their top-notch beans and signature brewing techniques. So sit back, relax, and allow them to take you on a journey through the world of these dapper gents and their extraordinary coffee creations.
 

12. The Miners Coffee 
A hidden gem in the world of caffeine, meet The Miners Coffee! With locations in Prague and Barcelona, they have got caffeine lovers covered on both ends of the map. Their expert baristas are like mining maestros, carefully extracting the perfect flavors from our top-notch beans. It's time to strike gold with every sip!
 

13. Sango Amsterdam
Get ready to have your taste buds tingling with the latest addition to Amsterdam's specialty coffee scene - Sango Amsterdam! With their passion for quality beans and a dedication to perfecting every cup, Sango is here to revolutionize your caffeine fix. Discover their commitment to sourcing ethically and sustainably grown beans from around the world.
 

14. Kaffeelix
Formerly known as Felix Coffee, this specialty coffee roastery has been brewing up magic since 2012. With a passion for perfection and an unwavering commitment to quality, Kaffeelix has become a household name among coffee enthusiasts around the globe. In 2022 Kaffeelix clinched the prestigious title of World Coffee Roasting Champion.
 

15. Cophi 
From the lush highlands of Ethiopia to the sun-soaked plantations of Brazil, each bean is treated with utmost love and care at Cophi Solutions. This specialty coffee roaster from Poland produces a symphony of rich aromas, velvety textures and mind-blowing flavors that will make you question everything you thought you knew about coffee.

16. Bay Coffee Roasters
From their meticulously crafted blends and crisp single origins to their passion for sustainability, Bay Coffee Roasters is here to make your morning brew an absolute delight and they have been doing so from their HQ in Wales for over 10 years now.
 

17. Danvi
Always on the lookout for new and exciting coffee brands? Then you've got to check out Dutch brand Danvi Coffee. Recently founded by Frans Wiersma, Danvi will be making its debut at The Amsterdam Coffee Festival this edition.

18. Ander Cacao
Making their debut at The Amsterdam Coffee Festival last year is Ander Cacao from Belgium, who’ve taken the industry by storm recently with their barista-grade drinking chocolate and worlds’ first cacao. Yes, you’re reading this right, cacao brewed in the same way as filter coffee. A must-try!

19. Replica Roasters
Another newcomer hailing from the land of waffles, chocolate and beer, is Replica Roasters. From sourcing beans directly from farmers to meticulously roasting each batch, they leave no stone unturned in their quest for perfection. So grab your favorite mug and get ready to discover the magic behind Replica Roasters – it's time to elevate your coffee game!

20. Gust
The last roaster on this incredible list is Gust Coffee Roasters, a Belgian third wave specialty coffee roastery in the south of Brussels. Founded by Tanguy Herssens, Gust carefully selects only the most sustainable, ethical and seasonal specialty coffees around the globe. While sourcing only fresh crops, they hand-roast our coffees slowly and in small batches, to respect and enhance the natural flavors of each coffee origin. Besides espresso and filter coffees, Gust recently also released its own cascara, a natural cold infusion made from dried coffee cherries, and nothing more.
