Tickets are only available online via this website until the festival closes. ⚠️ No tickets will be sold at the venue.

After purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to your ticket. Digital is best — we’ll scan it straight from your phone.
3. EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Exchanges:
You can change your ticket day, time slot or upgrade to VIP. Price differences apply automatically.
Refunds:
Tickets are non-refundable.

ACCESSIBILITY
The venue is accessible for wheelchairs and people with reduced mobility.
CHILDREN
Kids are welcome. Under-12s enter free.
DOGS
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Guide dogs and assistance dogs are, of course, permitted.
FOOD & DRINK
No outside food or drinks. But don’t worry—water stations are available throughout the venue, and the food court has tasty options all day long.
PHOTOS & VIDEOS
Official photographers and videographers will be on-site. We follow GDPR guidelines.
CLOAKROOM
There is no cloakroom. Please keep personal items with you.
NON-SMOKING
No smoking inside.
(Only thing roasting here is coffee.)
SECURITY
On-site security team present throughout the event. Report any concerns to stewards, security personnel or local police.
