When is The Amsterdam Coffee Festival returning?
The Amsterdam Coffee Festival will be back in April 2027. The countdown is on, and we'll announce the dates soon.
Where will it take place?
We'll be returning to the iconic NDSM-Loods in Amsterdam—a buzzing industrial venue known for its creativity and character.

Tickets aren't on sale just yet, so sign up to our newsletter and follow us on Instagram to be the first to know when they drop.
What ticket types will be available?
Whether you're planning a quick caffeine fix or a full day of coffee-fuelled adventures, we'll have options for you. Ticket types, prices, sessions, and add-ons will be revealed closer to the festival.
Want to add a masterclass or merch?
Yes, please! Add-ons are available during step two of checkout.

How do I get my ticket?
All tickets are digital—check your inbox! Simply show your QR code at the door (phone or printed is fine).
Can I change my ticket later?
Yes! Head to MyOrder to swap days, times or even upgrade—subject to availability.
📝 Note: Price differences for downgraded tickets will not be refunded.
Can I get a refund?
Sorry—tickets are non-refundable. Please check all details before booking.
Can I leave and come back during my session?
Yes, just keep your wristband on and remember to scan out at the exit so we can scan you back in.
Why do you use session-based tickets?
To keep the festival comfortable and enjoyable for everyone. It means more time to explore, taste, and connect—without long queues.
Do I need to arrive and leave within my session time?
Yes—your ticket is valid for your selected session. We recommend arriving a little early so you can make the most of your time inside.

When will the programme be announced?
We're busy brewing up another incredible line-up. The full programme, including workshops, talks, tastings, competitions, and bookable experiences, will be announced closer to the festival.

What are Bookable Experiences?

When do experiences go live?
We’ll drop new sessions throughout the year. If you buy your ticket early, you’ll get first dibs on masterclass bookings straight to your inbox. Keep an eye out!
What kind of experiences can I expect?
Expect hands-on workshops, coffee tastings, brewing masterclasses, latte art, live demos, inspiring talks, and plenty more surprises along the way.
Can you watch during Latte Art Live, The Brew Lab or The Coffee School?

Will there be an industry programme?
Absolutely. We'll be rolling out the red carpet for coffee and hospitality professionals. Expect B2B networking, exclusive tastings and the 5THWAVE talks: a dedicated space for expert panels, business insights & future-forward discussions.
What are the 5THWAVE talks?
A curated lineup of talks and panel discussions covering everything from sustainability to innovation, hospitality trends, and business growth. It’s a space where the coffee world comes to connect and share ideas.

Can I volunteer at the festival?
Absolutley. We'd love your help bringing the festival to life — welcoming guests, supporting talks and features, helping at registration, and assisting behind the scenes.
Do I need experience?
Nope! We’ll brief you beforehand and match you to a role that fits your availability and interests
What do I get as a volunteer?
Festival access, free coffee during shifts, ACF volunteer merch, and a behind-the-scenes festival experience.
How much time do I need to commit?
Shifts vary. You’ll select your available days and time blocks when you apply. We prioritise full-shift availability where possible.
Can I volunteer with a friend?
Yes — mention it in your application and we’ll try to place you together.

🗺️ GETTING THERE & ACCESSIBILITY
How do I get to NDSM Loods?
Hop on the free ferry from Amsterdam Centraal to NDSM-Plein—it leaves every 15 minutes and the ride takes just 10 minutes. From there, it’s a 5-minute stroll to the venue.
🚌 Buses 391 and 394 also stop nearby.
🚗 Driving? Park at APCOA NDSM garage (Mt. Lincolnweg 31) for easy access.
🚲 Prefer two wheels? Cycling is always a good call.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes! NDSM Loods is fully accessible for wheelchairs and those with reduced mobility. Accessible toilets are also available on-site.
Is there a cloakroom or somewhere to store bags?
No cloakroom or lockers on-site—travel light and keep your belongings with you. We recommend a tote bag and comfy shoes!

Definitely. Our curated street food court offers delicious eats—from loaded buns to sweet treats—with vegan, veggie and gluten-free options.

Can I bring kids?
Yes! Children are welcome, although the festival can get busy and energetic at peak times. Full entry details will be confirmed when tickets go on sale.
Can I bring my dog or pet?
As much as we love furry friends, pets aren't allowed at the festival, with the exception of certified service dogs.

All tickets are digital. Save the QR code to your phone (or print it if you prefer). No tickets will be sold at the door—online only!
📍 Plan your journey
The easiest route? The free ferry from Amsterdam Centraal to NDSM-Plein. It runs every 15 minutes and drops you just 5 minutes from the venue. Cycling or taking the bus is also easy.
👜 Pack light
There’s no cloakroom or lockers, so bring only what you need. A reusable tote or backpack will be your best friend for all those coffee samples and goodies.
💳 Bring a card
We’re a cashless event! All vendors and exhibitors accept cards or mobile payments.
🥛 Bring your own cup (if you’d like!)
We’ll have cups on site, but feel free to bring your favourite reusable one to sip sustainably.
🌍 Visiting from abroad?
Make sure your phone works in the EU, your ticket QR code is saved, and check your travel route to Amsterdam Centraal. The venue is just across the water!
